By booking a retreat with Panama Dream Yoga, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

1.1 Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. This deposit is processed securely through PayPal.

1.2 Balance Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due upon arrival at the retreat location in Bocas del Toro, Panama. We accept cash (USD) or PayPal.

1.3 Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference number.

1.4 Limited Spots: Each retreat is limited to 8 participants to ensure personalized attention. Spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

⚠️ IMPORTANT: NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT

Your 50% deposit is non-refundable unless you have a valid emergency situation.

2.1 Non-Refundable Deposit: The 50% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under normal circumstances. This deposit covers administrative costs, reservation of your spot, and preparation for your arrival.

2.2 Valid Emergency Exceptions: Refunds may be considered ONLY in cases of documented valid emergencies, including:

Serious illness or hospitalization (medical documentation required)
Death in the immediate family (documentation required)
Natural disaster preventing travel
Government travel restrictions or flight cancellations

2.3 Emergency Refund Process: To request an emergency refund, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of the emergency
Provide valid documentation of the emergency
Allow up to 14 business days for review and processing

2.4 Rescheduling: If you cannot attend your scheduled retreat but do not qualify for a refund, you may transfer your deposit to a future retreat date within 12 months, subject to availability. A $100 rebooking fee applies.

2.5 No-Shows: If you fail to arrive at the retreat without prior notice, your entire payment (deposit and any balance paid) is forfeited.

2.6 Our Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we must cancel a retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, or the option to transfer to another retreat date.

3. What's Included

Your retreat package includes:

7-day/6-night accommodation (shared bunk or private suite)
All meals (3 per day, accommodating dietary requirements)
Daily dream yoga classes and meditation sessions
2 professional massage sessions
2 ocean excursions
Airport pickup and transfers
Access to snorkeling gear and boat
Digital bonus materials (13 ebooks, meditation audio, music)

Not Included: Flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, additional spa treatments, alcoholic beverages.

4. Health & Safety

4.1 Health Disclosure: You are responsible for disclosing any physical or mental health conditions that may affect your participation in retreat activities.

4.2 Medical Clearance: If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before participating.

4.3 Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation.

4.4 Assumption of Risk: Participation in retreat activities, including yoga, meditation, water excursions, and other physical activities, is at your own risk.

5. Code of Conduct

To ensure a transformative experience for all participants:

Treat all participants and staff with respect and kindness
Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' personal sharing
Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
Keep noise levels appropriate, especially during quiet hours
No illegal drugs or substances on the property
Respect the natural environment and local community

Removal: We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the retreat without refund if their behavior endangers themselves, others, or disrupts the retreat experience.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Panama Dream Yoga and its instructors are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred during the retreat, except where caused by our gross negligence.

6.2 We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

6.3 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the retreat.

7. Photos & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant us permission to use images in which you appear for marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the start of the retreat.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Panama.

Agreement

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including the non-refundable deposit policy.
